The National Association for the Education of Young Children awarded the local center accreditation, an honor that less than 10 percent of early childhood education programs in the nation receive, according to a news release.
Accreditation is an intensive process, granted by an independent, third-party organization validating that a facility’s teachers provide meaningful and engaging daily learning experiences for every child.
Renton Highlands KinderCare, 1225 Anacortes Ave. N.E., Renton, serves families throughout the area, accepting children as young as six weeks to 12 years old.
