About 100 people attended the fourth of five Energize Eastside scoping meetings May 28 in Newcastle. The meeting provided an opportunity for commenting on environmental impacts of the Puget Sound Energy project to build a new electric substation and about 18 miles of high capacity electric transmission lines from Renton to Redmond, through Newcastle.
