Issaquah School District students are invited to submit their artwork for possible publication in the district’s 2015-2016 student art calendar.

The calendar is distributed free of charge to every family and staff member in the district. All current students are eligible to submit up to three pieces.

Art should be submitted in a high-resolution digital format through email attachments, and can be sent to Melissa Johnson at JohnsonM@issaquah.wednet.edu with the words “Art Calendar” in the subject line.

Be sure to include the student’s name, grade, school, and teacher, as well as parent name and email in your message. Make sure your digital pictures are taken straight on (eye level, not crooked) and without flash/lighting irregularities.

You can also mail or deliver high-quality color copies — reduced to 11-by-8 1/2 (preferably landscape or wide format) — or a CD containing high-quality digital images and including student’s name, grade, school, and teacher, along with parent name and email to Melissa Johnson, Communications Department, Issaquah School District, 565 N.W. Holly St., Issaquah, WA 98027.

The deadline for submissions is April 4. Find more details about the submission process here.

The 2015-2016 calendar is made possible by a partnership with The Issaquah Press.
